Bathroom ceiling shows some thermal anomalies. It might indicate water damage. Nothing suspicious can be noticed with naked eye (see digital image)!!!

On the images below we can see thing, that called condensation alert (coloured green on thermal image). It is a result of high indoor humidity. The weather-strip on exterior door should be replaced as well. That condition might lead to mold growth and affect indoor air quality, if not corrected. And mold contamination is not easy to fight. Not to mention, usually, it’s pretty expensive.

And again, no issue can be noticed with naked eye (see digital image)!!!
