Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

 

YG Home Inspection Services strives to provide exceptional care to our clients and their families. We aim to provide our services in ways that best meet your needs and schedules. However, cancellations do impact our ability to provide quality services. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients.

• • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or email us at least 24 hours in advance. No cancelation fee will be applied.

• • Cancellations of appointments with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% if the inspection fee.

• • Missed appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the inspection fee.
