Hi Yevgeny,

Thank you so much for all that you have done for us:  your efficiency, keen attention to details, and professionalism are highly commendable as you did the actual inspection and in this very impressive informative/educational detailed report.  All the concerns that you pointed out no matter how many are not impossible to address with all your well-defined guidelines.  We still believe that the house is generally solid, it just needs some tender loving care (TLC).   We hope we can be equal to the challenge (we must examine ourselves and our finances regarding the matter).  Your report is very helpful and will definitely guide us accordingly not only in our bid for this house but also through the years in said house (if we come to a decent agreement with the seller to be able to proceed accordingly).

We look forward to receive a copy of the test done for possible asbestos and we’d like to proceed with test for air quality.  If you can do this Saturday afternoon at your convenient time, I’d check if ok w/ the seller.   Further, if you can recommend a good structural engineer to do further inspection as per your suggestion, we’d appreciate it.

My wife and I cannot thank you enough.  Be assured we will highly recommend you to others as a token of our gratitude and appreciation for you and your services.  And, we’d be most happy to hire you again to do pre-selling inspection  in our house here in Pierrefonds next year.
