As of Monday, April 20th. 2020 building inspections can be performed for residential properties which are scheduled to take possession no later than July 31, 2020. All the while respecting the protocols set out by the RBQ.

This includes:

– Pre-delivery inspections of new residential construction.
– Pre-sale or pre-purchase inspections of a property
– Home renovations inspections for the sale or purchase of a property
