We do building inspections, commercial property as well as residential, from single homes or condos up to multi units buildings.
 
We inspect all system of the property, from roof to the basement. Each of our inspections includes thermographic survey which increases our chances to detect issues with insulation and most importantly, water damage.
 
It doesn’t stop there! In our region, many buildings are old, the climate is challenging and our customers face issues as presence of asbestos and mold. But do not worry. In case the buyer wants to conduct such tests, YG Home Inspection Services provides those services as well. Samples can be taken during inspection.
 

It is worthy to note that we are fully independent, our inspectors do not have any financial interest in the property we inspect. We are not performing any construction/reparation work, so all recommendations we provide are made without any outside influence.
